About Us

The Bear River Local Homeless Council (LHC) is a Northern Utah multi-agency collaboration of homeless providers, public agencies, faith-based organizations, and private entities committed to reducing homelessness. The Bear River LHC brings partners together to address the causes and conditions of homelessness. Our desire is to work together to find collaborative solutions to strengthening homeless systems in Box Elder County, Cache County, and Rich County, Utah.

Who leads solving homelessness

in Utah?

The Utah Homeless Network (UHN) is a robust network of statewide homeless systems advocates and service providers who collaborate to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring. The UHN established a statewide weekly COVID-19 collaborative callas a forum to solve problems with access to testing, vaccination planning, and emergency planning.
